Pinball Shipping/Returns

SHIPPING:

Please note: if you live down a road or driveway that couriers cannot access safely, deliveries may not be completed at that address and pick up may be requested.

Please notify us at 949-381-7367 immediately of any special delivery requirements including remote locations, steep and/or narrow roads/driveways/bridges, dirt roads, etc. Will call (customer pick up) may be required. Signature is required upon delivery. Inside service is not included with freight carriers. Please ensure we have the best contact information for your order upon check out.

Processing and Shipping time: 
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after submission. Our current shipping processing time is approximately 5-10 days from the purchase date to the ship date. This timeframe includes the production of your product, quality control checks, and packaging for shipment. Once shipped via freight, it will take approximately 7-10 business days to receive dependent on location. Please note that this is an estimate and can vary depending on the complexity of your order, the quantity of items ordered, and any customizations or personalization's that may be requested.

Order Tracking: 
Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please contact our customer service team if you do not receive this email. You can also track your order by calling our order helpline 949-381-7367.

We offer Free Freight Deliveries on Orders In The States

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Creative Arcades is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Failed Delivery
If the order cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. The expense includes both shipping and return shipping costs, storage fees that may apply.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
You are advised to carefully inspect and document all issues in regards to damages, missing or incomplete packages, and any other concerns that you may have. You will have 3 business days upon receipt to file and process a claim for damages. 

To process claims for damages, please take note of the packaging, images of the product, and images indicating damages. Send those images to Logistics@creative-arcades.com for processing and a claim will be started.

RETURNS:

If you wish to return an item and want a refund, please notify us within 30 days after delivery via email to sales@creative-arcades.com If you have found a defective product, then please send us a picture of a damaged product. We will then send the courier to collect the item for you. We will bear the total cost of the case. We will send you a new item at no additional cost, and if you no longer need the item, we will refund the entire order amount on the card you used while shopping. If you have ordered wrong product and want to exchange then return shipping charges are your responsibility. Non-Defective Product Returns subject to 20% restocking fee. Customer responsible for all shipping cost.

The product should not be in used conditions. Once we have received the product, we will refund the order amount. on the card, you used when you made the purchase.

 ⭐ Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

⭐ Lost or Stolen orders over $100 USD requires a police report. 

  • RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@creative-arcades.com or call us at 949-381-7367. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us atsales@creative-arcades.com or call us at 949-381-7367.

  • RESTOCKING FEE

⭐ Returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders cancelled before shipping are subject to a 10% order cancellation fee, these fees are to cover processing fees from payment processors from purchase to return processing. Custom artwork is non-refundable.

  • REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund Period:

It takes 5-7 working days for the customer to receive a refund. We return the money to the customer’s card after receiving the goods. Please note that we return the money immediately to the customer’s card after receiving the goods back. Still, their bank usually takes 5 -7 working days to process the refund and deposit it into the customer’s credit card account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.
